Does anyone know of an ethernet and power adapter down to single USB-C?

I want my phone to be able to charge and have a LAN connection. My current router doesn't support PoE (Power over Ethernet), so I can't just use a simple Ethernet to Type C adapter. Thank you for your suggestions!
