US President Donald Trump has finally admitted that many Americans will die if everything is reopened to revive the economy.

Asked by ABC News if the death toll would rise if social distance measures were taken and everything was opened up to keep the economy afloat, Trump said he had some potential.

He said during a visit to the Honeywell factory in Phoenix, Arizona, on Tuesday, so he said you can't stay locked up in an apartment, house or anywhere.

This is his first major tour since the lockdown began.

Asked if some people would be severely affected, Trump said, "Of course, but we need to mobilize our country."

Honeywell workers are making masks for those in the front row, including medical staff, to deal with Corona. Appreciating their work, Trump said now is the time to look forward.

A further 2,333 people died in the United States in the last 24 hours on Tuesday evening, according to Johns Hopkins University. According to some scientific analyzes, this number could be as high as 3,000 by June. The corona virus has already killed more than 70,000 people in the country.
